Vehicle Shipment Requirements

  • Vehicles must be delivered to the port 4 business days prior to scheduled sailing day for all locations with exception to shipments to Virgins Islands and the Eastern Caribbean.

    • Virgin Islands – 3 business days prior to scheduled sailing

    • Eastern Caribbean – 4 business days prior to scheduled sailing 

  • No personal items are permitted inside the vehicle.

  • Vehicle should be in running condition and keys must remain with the vehicle.

  • Vehicle must contain ¼ tank of gas or less (if vehicle is loaded in a container, fuel tank must be drained and battery disconnected)

  • Vehicle should be clean and free of dirt and debris.

  • Vehicle will be inspected at time of delivery.

  • Pre-payment required. 

    • Forms of payment accepted are credit card, money order or certified check. No personal checks or cash will be accepted.

  • A booking reservation should be made prior to delivery of the vehicle to the port.

  • Motorcycles and ATV’s are not accepted.

  • Optional insurance is available upon request.

  • Copy of Title– Title must be signed by seller and buyer.

    • If the vehicle has a lien, we will also need a notarized letter from the Financial Institution authorizing the shipment of the vehicle. 

  • Copy of photo I.D. – legible copy of owner’s U.S. driver’s license.

  • Master bill of lading– Standard shipping form stating shipping party, receiving party and description of cargo being shipped.Bill of Lading Form

  • Electric Export Information (EEI) Letter of Authorization– This is required for all vehicles.
