Third Weekly Sailing Resumes to Meet Market Demands Between Central America and U.S. East Coast

As stores, factories, farms, production facilities and other businesses continue to gradually reopen and safely reactivate to meet new market demands, we are pleased to announce the resumption of our third weekly sailing between the U.S. East Coast and Central America effective Monday, August 17.

This third sailing, which will move cargo directly from Port Everglades, FL, Santo Tomas, Guatemala and Puerto Cortes, Honduras, will accommodate our customers’ increased demand for apparel, commercial, and reefer cargo movements while continuing to add flexibility to our total supply chain offerings. It also complements an additional sailing between the U.S. Gulf and the region, making a total of four weekly sailings for customers to choose from.

The first southbound sailing is vessel K Storm, voyage NZV0099S. The vessel is scheduled to depart Port Everglades (PEV) on Monday, August 17, 2020, arriving into Santo Tomas (STO) on Thursday, August 20, and continuing to Puerto Cortes (PTZ) on Friday, August 21. The northbound sailing will then arrive back into Port Everglades on Monday, August 24, 2020.

The new sailing schedule and port rotation from Port Everglades to Central America is as follows:
