At Crowley, safety is our number one Core Value—the single motivation that guides everything we do. Our commitment to safety is an ongoing one that we strive to live up to every day. At Crowley, safety means:

As part of our safety program, we document Safety Moments before meetings or shift changes, including near-miss and corrective action reporting. We also mandate the use of personal protection equipment, and demand strict adherence to all operating guidelines and regulations. But the real key to success is our people. When it comes to safety, each Crowley employee has been trained to use good judgment and common sense, both on and off the job, giving us the best opportunity to reach our goal of ZERO acts of unsafe behavior.
