Tropical Storm Otto Customer Update #1

Crowley’s corporate emergency management team is monitoring Tropical Storm Otto and taking appropriate steps to ensure the safety of any Crowley personnel, including vessel crews, assets, and your cargo, that may be in the storm’s path. As we continue monitoring the storm, we will update you on impacts to our schedules, operations or facilities.

According to the latest weather projection by StormGeo, Otto will likely become a hurricane over the next 6-12 hours. Landfall is predicted for southern Nicaragua or northern Costa Rica Thursday afternoon as a 105 mph hurricane. Major flooding is expected for parts of Panama, Costa Rica, and Nicaragua.
