In order to improve and provide consistent schedule integrity, Crowley is strictly enforcing the following cutoffs for the Thursday Caribbean sailing and the Friday sailing to Jamaica & Central America:

• Day of Sailing Cutoffs

  • Refrigerated Cargo requires earlier cutoffs because of weight and the need for below deck stowage when possible:

    • 1000 – the final deadline for equipment spotting requests however, customers are strongly encouraged to take equipment earlier in the week.

    • 1300 – cutoff for physical/scheduled pick-up of cargo/equipment.  

    • 1500 – gate cutoff.

• Dry Cargo

  • 1200 – the final deadline for equipment spotting requests however, customers are strongly encouraged to take equipment earlier in the week.

  • 1500 – cutoff for physical/scheduled pick-up of cargo/equipment.  

  • 1700 – gate cutoff.
