Crowley Caribbean Services announces a General Rate Increase effective September 3, 2017 on all cargo between the U.S. and the following Caribbean Islands: Anguilla, Grenada, Montserrat, Saba, St Eustatius, St Vincent, Tortola, Virgin Gorda, St Croix, St Thomas and St John US VI.
