Crowley Will Enhance Customer Service with New Technology
(Jacksonville, Fla.; Oct. 15, 2001) – Crowley Maritime Corporation today announced that after a comprehensive search it has selected G-Log, the leading provider of collaborative global logistics and transportation software, to enhance its logistics operations. G-Log’s Web-native solution will deliver advanced functionality to Crowley’s logistics operations worldwide, giving Crowley the ability to provide superior service to its customers.
Through the G-Log platform, Crowley will provide a comprehensive global enterprise logistics solution that includes order management, optimization, transportation execution, and alert tracking function on a Web-native architecture. By instituting G-Log’s solution, Crowley will enhance its ability to meet customers expectations for accurate, timely and useful supply chain information.
