Bryan Lee Promoted to Director of Human Resources

(Jacksonville, Fla.; Oct. 13, 2003) – Bryan R. Lee has been promoted to director, human resources for Crowley Maritime Corporation. In his new position, Lee is responsible for staffing, employee relations, and business unit interface. Lee’s team will perform the day-to-day human resources activities for Crowley’s offices in the eastern and central United States.

Prior to joining Crowley in 2000 as manager, human resources, Lee held positions of increasing responsibility within human resources in both the technology and retail sectors. In his current position, Lee will remain domiciled in Jacksonville, Fla., and will report directly to Susan Rodgers, vice president of human resources.

“Bryan has been a valued member of our human resources team for the past three years,” Rodgers said. “His skills in employee relations, recruiting and retention have made him a recognizable asset to the department and the corporation.”

Lee holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in College Park, Md., and is currently completing his MBA at Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Fla.
