Crowley’s Online E-Freight Management System – Expires 1/31/2011
2011-01-13
Dear Valued Customer:
We would like to advise that Crowley has developed a new personalized on-line freight management portal called Crowley On-Line Services (also referred to as COS). This system will substitute the currently used e-freight management portal via Crowley.com.
Effective January 31, 2011, the current e-Freight Management portal will no longer be available for use. Therefore, in the interim, we urge you to follow the instructions below for submitting a booking or bill of lading.
We are currently testing the new COS system internally and are working diligently to set up the security access to each of our customers. Your sales executive will be contacting you to provide a brief presentation of our new system in the coming weeks.
For any additional information, please contact your sales executive or the Customer Care Department at 1-904-727-4005.
