Costa Rica Terminal Handling Charge Increase Postponed to Feb 24, 2019

The Ministry of Transportation of Costa Rica has granted a port concession to APM Terminals and will require all container carriers to shift their port calls from the Port Limon Terminal to the Port Moin Terminal in early 2019. This process is delayed. The effective date of the Terminal Handling Charge increases will be further postponed from February 14, 2019 to February 24, 2019.
