Notice to the Puerto Rico Trade

Notice to Puerto Rico Trade

As the Puerto Rico Government continues to exhange ideas for a resolution to the budgetary issues for the Government’s fiscal year 05-06, many Puerto Ricans did not go to work today in anticipation of traffic congestion and demonstrations. The Puerto Rico Police Department is doing a good job controlling the demonstrations. This, combined with many taking off work, has led to better than normal traffic flow on the waterfront.

At this time, we are not experiencing any delays or traffic congestion. Customers can access Crowley through Pier 15 today, Friday April 28th. Crowley maintains normal terminal hours of 0600-1730. Monday, May 1st, we will return to the normal access to our terminal.

If you need additional information, please feel free to contact your Sales Representative or our Customer Service Department at 800-276-9539 for additional information.

In an effort to provide you with the best service possible, we ask for your feedback. Please let us know how we’re doing by completing a short online survey at https://www.crowley.com/liner-Shipping-Services/prsurvey.asp.
