CSA Bunker Surcharge

Effective Sunday, February 5, 2006 the Bunker Fuel Surcharge for the Caribbean will increase an average of $24 per TEU. Adjusted Bunker Fuel Surcharge will be as follows:

20′ Equipment $102 (+$24 was $78)
40′ Equipment $188 (+$48 was $140)
over 40′ Equipment $214 (+$54 was $160)
Vehicles nex 700 cft $49 (+$14 was $35)
Vehicles exc 700 cft $4.37 w/m (+$1.12 was $3.25 w/m)
NIT $4.37 w/m (+$1.12 was $3.25 w/m)

Bunker Fuel Surcharge Increases apply on open tariff and service contracts.
