Crowley Announces New Logistics Agent in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

(JACKSONVILLE, FL; August 17, 2005) Crowley announced today that Caribbean International Cargo (CIC) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic has begun to represent Crowley as its local logistics agent. The company will provide Crowleys logistics customers with a single point of access to freight forwarding, customs brokerage, air and ocean freight shipments, warehousing and domestic trucking within the Dominican Republic.

Initially, the company has employed four professionals for servicing Crowley customers. CIC brings a wealth of experience to the trade with some of their employees having more than 15 years of service to NVOCC customers.
