Caribbean Bunker Fuel Surcharge

Please be advised all members of the Caribbean Shippers Association will be increasing the Bunker Fuel Surcharge levels to correspond with the Western Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil price of $66 per barrel for fuel effective June 4, 2006.  Bunker Fuel Surcharge increases apply on open tariff and service contracts as follows:
