Terminal Escort Fee at Port Everglades and Jacksonville Effective 7/24/25

The following adjustments to the Terminal (TWIC) Escort Fee will be effective July 24, 2025:

Jacksonville

Port Transfers, Breakbulk/NIT, Car Haulers without TWIC Badge, and Cross Dock (1163 Talleyrand) – $85 (no change).
Port Transfers, Breakbulk/NIT, Car Haulers without TWIC Badge and Cross Dock (2085 and 3001 Talleyrand) – $200 (Increased from $85).

Port Everglades

Individuals delivering POV’s – $85 (remains the same).
Commercial carriers, Port Transfers, Breakbulk/NIT, Car Haulers without TWIC Badge – $200 (Increased from $85).

This fee will be assessed to all trucks requiring an escort in line with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements regarding port access under the Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC) regulation. The fee is payable by credit card only. Prior to entry, port security will approach your truck with a portable credit card reader to collect payment.
