Effective January 4, 2009, please note the following changes to Intermodal
Fuel Surcharges. The new Intermodal Fuel Surcharges for Puerto Rico
services will be as follows:

3 $125.00 Florida
4 $130.00 Delaware
5 $140.00 Maryland
6 $130.00 Connecticut

8 $230.00 Pennsylvania and South Carolina
