PUERTO RICO Fuel Charge Adjustments – Effective 3/14/2011 (NEW EFFECTIVE DATE & NEW AMOUNTS) and 3/28/2011

To Our Valued Customers,

Due to the continued escalation of fuel prices, Crowley will cancel the recently announced Fuel Charge adjustment scheduled take effect March 13, 2011.  In lieu of the previously announced Fuel Charge adjustment, Crowley will implement the following Fuel Charge for shipments between the United States and Puerto Rico (northbound and southbound).  This change will take effect on March 14, 2011 and applies for both service contract and open tariff rates.
