New Marking Rules for Goods Made in Hong Kong – Executive Order 13936

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced new marking rules for imported goods that are produced in Hong Kong. Merchandise from Hong Kong will now be considered to be of Chinese origin. As such, all items must be marked as “Made in China”.
