Inland Cost Monitoring – Effective April 2022

For January 2022, the CASS Index, which is used to monitor and evaluate U.S. Inland rates reflected an average of 150.20. As a result, inland rates will not change on April 1, 2022.

For the same period, the Department of Energy’s retail on-highway diesel pricess all types index monthly average, which is being used to determine the Intermodal Fuel Charge, was $3.724. Therefore, the Intermodal Fuel Percentage will adjust to 34% on April 1, 2022. Please find additional details here.
