Inland Cost Monitoring

For July 2022, the CASS Index, which is used to monitor and evaluate U.S. Inland rates reflected an average of 162.70. As a result, inland rates will be reduced by 2.63% on September 18, 2022. Please find additional details related to CASS Index here.

The Department of Energy’s retail on-highway diesel prices all types index weekly average for the month of July, which is being used to determine the Intermodal Fuel Charge, was $5.486. Therefore, the Intermodal Fuel Percentage will adjust to 56% on September 18, 2022. Please find additional details related to the Intermodal Fuel Surcharge here.
