To Our Valued Customers, 

Due to continued increases fuel costs, effective June 12, 2011 the Intermodal Fuel Surcharge that applies on all Intermodal moves will be adjusted as  shown below. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your sales representative.

Intermodal Fuel Surcharge Increase Announcement  Effective  June 12, 2011

Zone 1 – local dray zone – no change

Zone 2   +$20 to $300  (FL other than local dray)

Zone 3   +$30 to $455  GA, SC, AL

Zone 4 – +$45 to $580  MS, TN, LA, NC

Zone 5  +$60 to $735  AR, MO, IL, IN, KY, OH, WV, VA, MD, NJ, PA, DE

Zone 6  +$75 to $895  OK, KS, NE, IA, WI , MI, NY, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME

Zone 7  +$90 to $1055  TX

Zone 8  +$105 to $1345  All other states
