Crowley Pricing Update- Intermodal Fuel Surcharge – Caribbean

ANNOUNCEMENT – CROWLEY LINER SERVICES – CARIBBEAN

Effective 11-13-05 Eliminate Jacksonville, Fl Exception level for the following:

Anguilla, Barbados, Montserrat, Nevis, Saba, St. Barts, St. Eustacius, St. Kitts, St. Maarten, St. Vincent, Tortola, Trinidad, Virgin Gorda

Effective 11-13-05, Intermodal Fuel Surcharge becomes applicable for the following: Bahamas and Virgin Islands

Effective 11-13-15, the Intermodal Fuel Surcharge (IFS) for Jacksonville, FL ‘exception’ level will be eliminated. All IFS charges will be applied as shown below. Also effective on 11-13-05; the IFS will become effective for the Bahamas as well as the Virgin Island Services . This surcharge will be applicable on all open tariff and contract rates and will calculated based on zones as show below.

Zone 2 – Florida – $150
Zone 3 – Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama – $275
Zone 4 – Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana, North Carolina – $350
Zone 5 – Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, W.Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware – $450
Zone 6 – Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Islands, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine – $550
Zone 7 – Canada and all others $750
