Due to fluctuating fuel prices, the scheduled October 1, 2006 increases below on the Bunker Fuel Surcharge for the Caribbean, Virgin Islands, and Bahamas, on Northbound/Southbound, open tariff, and contract cargo, have been postponed at this time.

Effective 10/1/2006, all rates to/from the U.S. or Puerto Rico to/from the Caribbean, will be subject to the below Bunker Fuel Surcharge increases as follows:
