Summary

We are issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the procurement of seven (7) Tier 4 diesel yard trucks, with an option to purchase/lease. This purchase is funded in part through the Port Infrastructure Development Program (PIDP) grant. This initiative supports Crowley’s ongoing efforts to reduce emissions and modernize its terminal operations while maintaining operational efficiency. The selected vendor(s) will be required to provide Tier 4 diesel yard trucks that meet all operational, technical, and environmental specifications, including after-sales support, warranty, and training. Vendors must also demonstrate Spare Part Availability by maintaining a reliable inventory of components to support preventative maintenance and minimize equipment downtime. The equipment will be deployed to Crowley’s Jacksonville, FL Terminal. Proposals will be evaluated based on pricing, performance, lead time, compliance with PIDP requirements, and alignment with Crowley’s values. Interested vendors should contact Lisa.Fazenbaker@crowley.com to receive the full RFP.
