EV Truck RFP
The bid is going to go live on June 18th with questions due by June 24th and bids due July 2nd.
Crowley is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the procurement of ten (10) electric yard trucks with an option to purchase/lease an additional 2 trucks. This purchase is funded in part through the Port Infrastructure Development Program (PIDP) grant. This effort supports Crowley’s commitment to sustainability, emissions reduction, and modernization across its terminal operations. The selected vendor(s) will be required to provide zero-emission electric yard trucks that meet operational, technical, and environmental specifications, along with after-sales support, warranty, and training. Spare Part Availability, as supplier must maintain a reliable inventory of necessary components to support preventative maintenance and minimize downtime. Equipment will be deployed to Crowley’s Jacksonville, FL Terminal. Proposals will be evaluated based on pricing, performance, lead time, compliance with PIDP requirements, and alignment with Crowley’s values. Interested vendors should contact Lisa.Fazenbaker@crowley.com to receive the full RFP.
