Crowley Monitoring Tropical Storm Helene – Update 1

Please note our current storm-related closings and delays:

Facilities: 

• The port of Jacksonville is operating under USCG XRAY condition. While the port currently remains open normal hours, USCG has advised that they will likely move to Yankee at 0900 tomorrow Wednesday, Sept. 25 followed by Zulu at 2000. This means that while landside operations can continue if deemed safe to do so, no vessel traffic will be cleared into, or out of the harbor.

    • ETD: Wednesday, Sept. 25
    • Tentative ETA: Santo Tomas (STO) and Puerto Cortez (PTZ) – Saturday, Sept.28

    • Departed Jacksonville and Wilmington as scheduled, however after departing Mariel, the vessel is taking an alternate route to stay safely out of the storm’s path. 
    • Tentative ETA: PTZ and STO – Saturday, Sept 28.

    • Departed PEV Monday Sept. 23.
    • Tentative ETA: STO and PTZ – Saturday, Sept 28.  
  • Breeze CGF4038N
    • Vessel has completed loading in STO and PTZ but is awaiting sailing to follow behind the storm.
    • Tentative ETA – Saturday, Sept 28.

    • ETD: Saturday Sept 28
    • ETA: STO – Tuesday, Oct.1
    • ETA: PTZ – Wednesday, Oct.2

  • Floretta
    • SZV4037N – Northbound Jacksonville cargo will now discharge in Port Everglades to ensure cargo and vessel safety. Please contact your Crowley representative to discuss inland options for cargo delivery.
    • SZV4039S – Jacksonville southbound sailing cancelled; cargo booked on this voyage will roll to SZV4040S. To discuss alternative options, please contact your Crowley representative.
  • Aldebaran J NZV4117S
    • ETD JAX – Wednesday, Sept. 25
      • Cargo cut off has been advanced to 1700 today, Sept. 24.
  • El Conquistador SAL4919S
    • ETD JAX – Wednesday, Sept. 25
  • Taino SAL4076S
    • ETD JAX – Tuesday, Sept. 24
  • El Coqui SAL4077S – monitoring the storm’s path and USCG guidance to determine potential schedule changes for Friday, Sept. 26 JAX arrival.
• Gulfport
  • Storm CGF4039S – on schedule for vessel operations in GPT Thursday, Sept. 26. Sailing will be determined by the storm’s path and USCG guidance.
