Facilities:
- The port of Jacksonville is operating under USCG XRAY condition. While the port currently remains open normal hours, USCG has advised that they will likely move to Yankee at 0900 tomorrow Wednesday, Sept. 25 followed by Zulu at 2000. This means that while landside operations can continue if deemed safe to do so, no vessel traffic will be cleared into, or out of the harbor.
