Shipment Roll Over Charge
Effective April 20, 2025, Crowley Logistics, will be updating the Shipment Roll Over Charge Tariff to include containers that roll due to missing documents.
Rule Name: Shipment Roll Over Charge
A $100 per container charge will apply when Crowley receives a container(s) at the terminal and customer requests to roll the container(s) to the later voyage or carrier rolls over the container due to missing documentation.
This charge applies between all US, Central America, and Caribbean ports on either inbound or outbound shipments. This charge does not apply to cargo moving between the US and Puerto Rico.
The Roll Over Charge will be applicable to all open tariff and service contract rates.
