Update: Central America Port Charge Billing Process – Effective April 1, 2026
Crowley is pleased to inform you that it has appointed DCS Demurrage Collection Service INC (DCS INC) to manage the administration, invoicing, and collection of demurrage charges, as well as other port-related charges and miscellaneous port costs associated with import and export container movements across Central America and Panama, effective April 1, 2026, which will result in a positive outcome for our customers by providing one single document that consolidates all container-related charges, giving our customers full transparency, clarity, and total confidence in every charges.
Beginning April 1, 2026, DCS will prepare and send invoices via email from notification@dcswld.com.
For invoice inquiries, please email service@dcswld.com within 30 days of receiving your invoice. For any additional questions regarding this transition, our Customer Care team remains available at 1-800-CROWLEY.
