Gloucester Terminal Moves to eModal Appointment System (3/11/2026)

Effective 3/11/2026, Gloucester Terminal has transitioned to eModal as the required terminal appointment system, meaning all trucking transactions (all container types, empty or full) must have a valid appointment to be processed. Appointments for the 7AM–9AM window must be made by 9PM the night before, and transactions involving both the East Yard and Main Yard will require two separate appointments.

Missed appointments must be rebooked in eModal, terminal staff cannot create/modify appointments. Additionally, container holds do not prevent making an appointment, though status should be checked before arrival to avoid gate rejection.
