VOCC TRADE ANNOUNCEMENT: Puerto Rico South Atlantic Fuel Adjustment Factor Effective October 15, 2026
Crowley would like to announce the implementation of a temporary Fuel Adjustment Factor for vehicle and non-containerized cargo moving between Jacksonville, FL and Puerto Rico.
Effective October 15, 2026, the following Fuel Adjustment Factor will apply:
- Vehicles: $50 per vehicle
- Non-Containerized Cargo: $150 per unit
The non-containerized cargo surcharge applies to, but is not limited to:
- Breakbulk and Non-Inventory Trailers (NIT)
- Flatbeds
- Flatracks
- Shipper-Owned Trailers
- All cargo not transported in a container
Important: This announcement applies exclusively to Crowley’s Vessel Operating Common Carrier (VOCC) transportation services and applies to cargo moving under Crowley VOCC services, tariffs or service contracts. Customers utilizing Crowley Logistics NVOCC services should refer to separate NVOCC trade announcements regarding applicable charges and fees.
