Tropical Storm Debby Update #3

2012-06-26

Dear Valued Customer,
Tropical Storm Debby  continues its path towards the West Coast of Florida.  Present location has the storm 35 miles WNW of Cedar Key, Florida heading ENE at 6-8 mph.  Maximum sustained winds are at 40 mph with wind gusts up to 50 mph.  The center of the storm is expected to make landfall later this afternoon and cross over Florida into the Atlantic within 24 hours.
The United States Coast Guard has set the  port of Jacksonville at Hurricane Condition “Whiskey” as of 12:00 PM this afternoon.  This means that gale force winds are expected within the next 72 hours.  Crowley’s Jacksonville port facilities are preparing accordingly.

At this time, the EL Conquistador voyage SAL2076S sailing from Jacksonville to San Juan on June 27th will depart as scheduled.

We will continue to monitor the storm and provide further updates as more information becomes available.
