Revised Documentation/Cargo Cut Off for Caribbean Sailing

In order to provide consistent schedule integrity while improving the customer experience, Crowley is advancing the following cutoffs for its weekly, Thursday ISL sailing from Port Everglades to the Caribbean islands:

• Full Container Load (FCL) Documentation

  • 1200 (noon) Wednesday 

• Full Container Load (FCL) All Cargo

  • 2200 (10:00 PM) Wednesday

  • Equipment Spotting: 1400 (2:00 PM) for drop and pull and 1600 (4:00 PM) for live load

  • Equipment Pick-ups: 1800 (6:00 PM) last call for pick-up request.

• Less than Container Load (LCL) Documentation

  • 1200 (noon) Tuesday

• Less than Container Load (LCL) All Cargo

  • 1700 (5 PM) Monday

• Vehicles – Cargo and Documentation:

  • 1200 (noon) Monday 

• Loadings outside of Florida:

  • Appointments will need to be set 2-6 days prior to vessel cut offs – please contact your local Customer Care or Intermodal Specialist.
