Required Documents: San Juan Terminal

To Our Valued Customers,

In order to better serve you effective Monday April 11th, 2011 Truckers must have proper documentation to pick up loads from the Crowley Isla Grande Terminal.  

 
The acceptable documents are:
· Arrival Notice
· Copy of the bill of lading
· Written instructions on Customers letter-head

Truckers will not be allowed to pick up any loaded containers without the required paperwork.

Estimados Clientes,

Con el objetivo de proveerles un mejor servicio, a partir del lunes 11 de abril del 2011 todos los choferes deberán presentar la documentación apropiada al recoger carga en el Terminal de Crowley Isla Grande.

Los choferes deben presentar uno de los siguientes documentos:

· Notificación de llegada

· Copia del Conocimiento de Embarque (BL)

· Instrucciones por escrito en papel timbrado del cliente

Ninguna carga será entregada sin antes presentar la documentación requerida.
