General Rate Increase Announcement
CARIBBEAN ISLANDS

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to increased operations costs, Crowley Caribbean Services announces a General Rate Increase (GRI) to be effective Sunday, March 3, 2013 for the below destinations in the Caribbean.

The GRI will apply on cargo between the United States and San Juan, Puerto Rico to the Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands and Caribbean Islands as follows:

Equipment                Increase Amount
20′ Eqpt                       $75 per unit
40′ Eqpt                       $150 per unit
Over 40′ Eqpt                $169 per unit
Vehicles                       $44 per unit

The General Rate Increase will be applicable to all open tariff and service contract rates.  Please advise your customers on the adjustments listed above.
