2003-01-27

Please review Crowleys published cut-off times for vessel loading, automated manifest transmission and document cut off by clicking here or visiting https://www.crowley.com/images/24_Hour_Manifest_Schedule.pdf.

U.S. Customs Regulations require carriers to submit accurate manifest information for any U.S. bound cargo a full 24-hours before the cargo is loaded onto the vessel in an international port. Failure to abide by the established cut-off times may result in the assessment of civil monetary penalties or claims for liquidated damages imposed by US Customs.
