CADA Announces General Rate Increase (GRI) for Panama

Members of the Central America Discussion Agreement (CADA) have agreed to implement a General Rate Increase, for Panama, effective September 1, 2004. This GRI will apply to all southbound dry cargo from the United States to Panama, as indicated below:
