Bunker Fuel Surcharges Announced for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean

Effective July 1, 2004

Rule 10 G – Increase from $260 to $275

Except as specifically indicated in individual rate items all shipments to or from Puerto Rico will be subject to the following Fuel Charge:

LTL or cargo not in trailers…………$ 35.00 per unit

Trailerload or Containerload…….. $275.00 per CL/TL

Vehicles……………………………….$ 35.00 per unit

Rule 1 B – Intermodal Fuel Surcharge (New Surcharge in this tariff). An intermodal Fuel Surcharge will be assessed to all tariff and service contract rates in addition to all other rates and charges published herein as outlined below:

Zone 1: $10.00 per CL/TL – for shipments to/from local drayage markets within Jacksonville, FL and Pennsauken, NJ.

Zone 2: $25.00 per CL/TL – for shipments to/from other points in the state of Florida and New Jersey.

Zone 3: $35.00 per CL/TL – for shipment to/from points in Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsaylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York and Rhode Island.

Zone 4: $45.00 per CL/TL – for shipments to/from points in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Mississippi, Kentucky, West Virginia, Louisiana and Arkansas.

Zone 5: $55.00 per CL/TL – for shipments to/from points in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Texas.

Zone 6: $65.00 per CL/TL – for shipment to/from points in all other states including Canada.
