Puerto Rico Vessel Fuel Review
Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, Crowley is suspending the quarterly review process for Vessel Fuel Surcharge (VFS) for Puerto Rico. We will continue to monitor fuel costs closely and frequently.
As fuel prices remain volatile, we will make the following adjustments to market and contract rates effective April 1, 2026.
