Crowley San Juan Documentation Cutoff Reminder Announcement

Crowley is committed to complying with all governmental agencies requirements, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients. In order to be in compliance with the 24 hours rule (Article 2012-2, Rule # 7437), established by the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury “Departamento de Hacienda”, Crowley will be strictly enforcing Documentation Cut-Off time of 12:00 (noon) day of sailing.
The following information is required for Electronic Transmission of the Cargo Manifest:

Bill of Lading Party information: Shipper, Consignee, Responsible Bill to Party and Notify Party: address & contact information for each party.

Cargo Details: Unit & Seal numbers, Commodity Description, Value, Weight, Piece Count, and Hazardous information if applicable.

SED Information: Shipper Filling-Employer Identification Number-EIN or Exemption clause. If Crowley is filling on your behalf, Commercial Invoice with Commodity Description, Value and Weight for each commodity is required.

For Vehicles: VIN# and copy of the Title or Bill of Sale
