Repsol YPF Awards Crowley Multi-Year Logistics Support Contract for Eastern Venezuela

(CARACAS, VENEZUELA; June 16, 2000) Repsol YPF, a worldwide oil, chemical and gas company, has awarded Crowley Marine Services de Venezuela (CMSV) a multi-year contract to support its Eastern Venezuela exploration and production operations.

Crowley will provide storage and inventory control of oilfield equipment and coordination of all land services between the base and Repsol’s drilling and production areas. All activities performed by Crowley will be in accordance with American Petroleum Institute (API) standards. Logistics functions will be managed out of Crowley’s Maturin, Venezuela supply base.
