Intermodal Fuel Surcharge: Effective 10/21/05 Crowley Liner Services will be implementing an Intermodal Fuel Surcharge to recover inland fuel expenses. This surcharge will be applicable on all open tariff and contract rates and will be calculated based on zones as show below. Please contact your sales executive with further questions.

Zone 1 – Inland drayage zone – Port Everglades, FL / Jacksonville, FL / Philadelphia, PA – $50
Zone 2 – Florida – via Pev: $150 – via Jax: $100
Zone 3 – Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama – via Pev: $275 – via Jax: $175
Zone 4 – Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana, North Carolina – via Pev: $350 – via Jax: $285
Zone 5 – Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, W.Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware – via Pev: $450 – via Jax: $400
Zone 6 – Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Islands, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine – via Pev: $550 – via Jax: $500
Zone 7 – Canada and all others – via Pev: $750 – via Jax: $700
