El Salvador Customs Strike Update #1

As of this morning, June 27th, customs workers in El Salvador announced a general strike due to a wage dispute.  Until a resolution is reached, cargo moving into and out of El Salvador has been affected.  Cargo is currently being held up at the border pending resolution of the strike.
Crowley will continue monitoring the situation and provide more information as it becomes available.  We understand how important your supply chain is to your business and will do everything possible to ensure that your cargo is moved as soon as possible.
