The diversity of the environments and customers we serve proves that
versatility is one of our strengths. The fleet stationed in the Pacific
Northwest is well prepared to work under the very distinct environmental
and physical conditions of the area.
In the North Puget Sound, we assist large tankers into and out of berths
and provide both tethered and untethered escort services through out rugged
coastlines and under very extreme weather conditions. Protector and
Response Class tugs
have been specially designed to efficiently escort and assist tankers in the
region, and are equipped with the latest technology in navigation,
communications and firefighting equipment.
In Seattle, Tacoma and other surrounding smaller ports in the region, we
primarily provide escort and docking services for tankers, container ships
and other vessels as they enter and depart from the busy harbors.
As a proud service provider in the region since the 1920s, we have
participated in activities and worked with other organizations for the
advancement of the local maritime community. Click on the links to learn
