this can only be accomplished by also conducting our business with
the safety of personnel and regard to the protection of the
environment as guiding principles. The following basic principles
shall guide relationships with our customers and serve as objectives
for quality service:

satisfaction. It is a vital part of every job at every level of
the organization.
- We will continually seek our customers input, listening for
ways to improve customer satisfaction.

communications, and maximize value.

procedures allowing us to adapt to our customers changing
needs.

problems, taking advantage of our reputation for ingenuity in

business.
Our Quality Policy shall be posted in company facilities and
onboard manned vessels to act as a continual reminder to our
employees of Crowleys commitment to customer satisfaction.
Crowleys commitment to quality service shall be reinforced via
employee meetings, training programs and company newsletter. The
entire Crowley team shall adhere to both the spirit and the letter
of the Companys Quality Policy as well as the procedures
contained within the Environmental, Safety and Quality Assurance
Management System.
