Frequently Asked Questions

Will expedite/air (TDSL) be included in this bid?

No, TDSL will not be held at this time.

Will LTL be included in this bid?

No, LTL will not be held at this time.

Will there be any warehousing included in this bid?

No, our warehousing RFP will not be held at this time.

What should incumbent carriers focus on with the re-bid?

Rates. During the first DFTS bid, the market was at the height of driver shortages and ELD’s were months away from being mandated. We are asking our incumbent carriers to focus on their rates and provide reductions where they can.

Will incumbent carriers be able to keep their lanes?

Incumbent carriers will be able to notate any lane incumbency within Jaggaer. Incumbent carriers are encouraged to focus on their rates and ensure they align with current market conditions.

How long will the rates be good for?

12 months.

Do you expect any impacts to the timeline due to COVID-19?

At this time, we do not expect any impacts to the above timeline due to COVID-19.

What if COVID-19 will prevent my company from participating in the bid?
