Crowley Solutions is pleased to announce that we will be releasing an upcoming bid for our Truckload, Scheduled Lanes, and flatbed LTL freight. Our bid will be facilitated through the RFP tool and will incorporate some minor changes from previous bid structures. There will be two rounds for bidding with rate feedback provided during the second round.
Please see our timeline below as well as a Q&A for basic questions. Specific questions about pricing the bid, accessorials, lanes, etc. will be answered in the RFP after the carrier training. - Jaggaer training for carriers: 2 April 2020 at 1400 EST
- Round 1 bid released: 6 April 2020 and open through 17 April 2020
- Round 2 bid released: 4 May 2020 and open through 8 May 2020

- Truckload and Scheduled lanes
- All equipment types (Dry Van, all open deck, rollerbed)
- Flatbed LTL/Partial Flatbed & Hotshots (AF1 & A40)
- Will include option to price with Hotshots & Standard Flatbed

What should incumbent carriers focus on with the re-bid?
Rates. During the first DFTS bid, the market was at the height of driver shortages and ELD’s were months away from being mandated. We are asking our incumbent carriers to focus on their rates and provide reductions where they can.
Will incumbent carriers be able to keep their lanes?
Incumbent carriers will be able to notate any lane incumbency within Jaggaer. Incumbent carriers are encouraged to focus on their rates and ensure they align with current market conditions.
How long will the rates be good for?
