Crowley’s Logistics Web Tracking application allows users to view shipment and freight information as it progresses through the Crowley’s logistics transportation cycle. From the time that the cargo is received at a Crowley warehouse, or a Bill of Lading/Airway Bill is created, the user is able to obtain shipment or receipt information via the web. A user can search by status, date, mode of transportation, or even a unique reference number such as a purchase order. The level of detail provided depends on the services being provided by Crowley.
In order to view particular shipment/freight details the user needs to be a “Party” to the service being provided; i.e. a Billing Account, Exporter (Shipper), Consignee, or Agent. The user (or “Party”) will then be able to view shipment and/or warehouse receipt information.
System and User Requirements
The following is required to use Logistics Web Tracking:
- An Internet connection to the World Wide Web via Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.
- Adobe Acrobat Reader version 6.0 or higher.
- A User ID and Password provided by Crowley.
*Registration for access to Logistics Web Tracking is required for use.
