Internet Bill of Lading Registration and Forms
Crowley Liner Services is now offering customers the opportunity
to print bill of lading sets in their own offices via a new
application that allows documents to be sent over the Internet as
e-mail attachments.
To utilize this service, customers must meet the following system
requirements:
- Have an e-mail account that can handle attachments.
- Have Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 or higher installed. It is free
and can be downloaded from the Adobe web site. www.adobe.com
- Have a decompression utility capable of expanding ZIP files
installed. Winzip, one such utility, can be purchased or an
evaluation copy can be downloaded from their site. www.winzip.com
Here's how to register and get started with this service:
- Let us know you are interested by filling out an:
- Print, fill out, and sign 2 copies of the:
- Return both copies of the completed and signed Power of
Attorney Agreement to Miguel Ruiz for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Islands and Beverly Whitehead for Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Central America located at:

- Upon completion of the registration process, a Crowley Liner
Services representative will be in contact with you to complete
the configuration and arrange a test print.
- Bills of lading printed at a customer location must be
printed on Crowley Terms & Conditions forms. Crowley will
provide an initial supply and thereafter the customer will be
required to order additional forms through Crowley as follows:
