Crowley’s Annual Open Enrollment period is October 22 through November 2, 2018 for plan year 2019.
If you do not wish to make any changes to your medical, dental, vision elections you can do nothing and your 2018 elections will carryover to 2019. HOWEVER, if you want to enroll in the HSA or FSA you must re-enroll every year. This means, if you are in the HDHP Medical plan and do not re-enroll in the HSA for 2019, you will not receive the employer contribution to your HSA for 2019. The contribution is half the annual deductible for 2019, or $750 for employee only coverage; $1,500 with dependents. If you are enrolled in the PPO medical plan and wish to enroll in the FSA (Healthcare or Dependent Care) for 2019 you must re-enroll during open enrollment.
