Momodou Sallah serves Crowley as assistant treasurer in Jacksonville,
Fla. His responsibilities include the oversight of Crowley's cash
management functions that involves: cash custody, transfer of funds,
foreign currency exchanges, cash disbursements and bank relations.
Sallah is also responsible for short-term cash forecasting, the review
of all lease proposals, and execution of all approved lease transactions
and lease database updates. He is involved in the negotiation,
documentation, organization and execution of various financial
relationships involving debt and lease financing and the administration
of the Corporation's Revolving Credit facility.

Sallah joined Crowley in 1999 as a senior treasury analyst in Oakland.
He has an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Economy from the University of California,
Berkeley.
