U.S. to Puerto Rico- Vehicle Shipping Rates and Information
Shipping Procedures
- Call 1-800-Crowley (800-276-9539) to make a booking/reservation.
- Provide proof of ownership (title). If the vehicle is being financed, you must provide a notarized letter from the Financial Institution authorizing the movement to Puerto Rico.
- Provide a valid driver’s license of the owner or a notarized letter of authorization must be obtained.
- Make payment in the form of certified check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard. Payment must be made prior to sailing.
- Deliver the vehicle to the port of export. The vehicle must be in running condition and contain less than ¼ tank of gas. No other items will be permitted in the vehicle.
- In San Juan, there are 5 calendar days free to pick-up the vehicle.

Rates apply on new or used vehicles not exceeding 700 cubic feet (cft) to Port Everglades, FL - other locations (Jacksonville, FL and Pennsauken, NJ) not exceeding 900 cubic feet (cft).

Note: If Crowley prepares SED, a fee of $75 will apply for vehicles shipping Jacksonville, FL and Port Everglades, FL and $25 from Pennsauken, NJ. Vehicles less than 700 cft moving from Port Everglades, FL will sail over Jacksonville, FL.
