Requirements to pick-up a vehicle in Puerto Rico
- Personal identification with photo from the consignee.
- Title of the vehicle.
- Pay freight charges if it's a collect shipment.
- Pay local excise taxes on the vehicle and provide evidence.
- Customer is allowed five days to pick up the vehicle upon arrival.
